Working with an Unscrupulous Boss – What to do?
It has taken you a long time to look a Human Resources job, but a situation is brewing your wonderful job hangs in the balance because of your boss. Your friend in the administration may help you accomplish what you want to do, but the things is, your boss is not going anywhere soon.
You know something about him that makes you uncomfortable but because he is your boss, you may have to continue working with him everyday. Things could get worse anytime but your not in the position to complain. Somehow you get the feeling that he is going to ask you to do something in conflict with your code of ethics.
If this is your situation, be ready to look for a new job. You may decide to let this for a while, but chances are you’ll look for a new job, especially if what you did for the boss gets out. Always remember, there are plenty of HR jobs out there that doesn’t necessitate you to sell your soul to the devil.
