jobhunterThey don’t just grow everywhere for the best people are the happiest ones who love their jobs. Success should be the team’s and not solely yours for office life being in so close proximity to each other for great lengths of time aiming towards the same goal, you develop bonds and relationships that should be professional at all costs. Any relationships more than casual should be kept outside of the office and even avoided as much as possible. It clouds judgment and alienates the rest of your employees. The other thing you might be forgetting is that though an employee may not be indispensable, they are the ones who know best how to do their jobs. The skills they have may be too important for your company so assure you treat them right. People are the best assets of a flourishing firm and that should never be played back. Never terminate an employee without ensuring that their jobs have been covered for or you risk losing touch with the actual work that may not be known to a new employee.
