* Be able to explain the “big picture.” Inform the people of their assignments in the work place and how this will affect the priorties and goals. A staff accountant who is assigned to conduct some research for a client may not immediately understand the importance of his or her her work unless it is explained to him or her. She migh even be surprised to learn that his or her efforts could even help generate additional for the company more business. If people are aware of this, then they will be able to evelte additional time for the project.
