Job Motivtion
Motivation is a word derived from the Latin word movere, meaning “to move.” It can be broadly defined as the force that acts on or within a person which cause the arousal, direction, and persistence of goal-directed, voluntary effort. Theories behind motivation are thus concerned with the processes that explain how and why human behavior is activated.
